All of our handcrafted items are made to order.  Items are made in the order in which they are received.  Most items are a 7-10 day turnaround except at the holidays.  Current turnaround times will always be listed on the home page of our website.

Most of our items can be personalized.  If you are looking for a custom design then please contact us and we will work with you to see if we can bring your vision to life.

We do not accept returns or exchanges but if you have a problem with your order please let us know.  We will make every effort to make it right.  We want you to be happy with your purchase!
