All of our items are shipped USPS priority mail based on weight. 

A confirmation email will be sent with tracking information included.

If you would like your package shipped with a different courier, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Each of our pieces are custom made at the time you place your order, for this reason we are  unable to accept returns.  However if there is a problem with your purchase we will work with you to come up with a resolution to make sure you are happy with your product.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal at this time.
